Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use this website. These cover the site itself, not the contract for any installation work — that’s a separate document we issue with your quote.

1. About these terms
This website (tiledroof.co.uk) is operated by Inbray Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 05446799) with its registered office at Unit 7 Priestley Road, Wardley Industrial Estate, Worsley, Manchester, M28 2LY, trading as Tiled Roof.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
These terms cover the website only. The terms of any conservatory roof installation we carry out for you are set out in a separate written contract issued with your quote.
2. Information on the site
We try hard to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date — product details, prices, timelines, U-values, fire ratings, and so on. However:
- The figures we quote (e.g. typical install times, indicative cost ranges, U-values) are general guidance for a typical job. Your specific install may differ once we’ve surveyed it.
- Tile colours, swatches and product photographs are illustrative. Actual colours and finishes may vary slightly — we bring real samples to every survey.
- This site is not a quote. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer to install a roof at any particular price or timescale. Quotes are issued separately, in writing, after a free home survey.
3. Use of the site
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes — reading our content, getting in touch about a quote, looking at our work. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaks UK law or the law of any country from which you’re accessing it
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected database
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful material
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the site for re-use elsewhere without our written permission
- Misrepresent yourself as us, or as connected to us
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — the copy, photography, design, layout, code — is owned by Inbray Limited or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright. The Tiled Roof and Absolute Window Co names and lockups are our trade marks.
The Supalite, Extralight, Tapco, Sky Vista and Sky Vista with Glow brands and logos are owned by their respective rights-holders and are used here as part of our role as an approved installer.
You’re welcome to print or save individual pages for personal reference. Any other use — copying, redistributing, republishing, modifying — needs our written permission first.
5. Third-party links
We link to third-party sites (for example our parent brand absolutewindowco.co.uk, the Information Commissioner’s Office, and others). We’re not responsible for the content of those sites — we link to them because we think they’ll be useful to you, not because we control or endorse everything on them.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will be available continuously, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.
To the extent permitted by UK law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, including indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost business, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and it does not apply to any installation contract you enter into with us — that’s governed by its own separate terms and by consumer law.
7. Privacy and cookies
Our handling of your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. The cookies this site uses (and doesn’t use) are explained in our Cookie Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any court proceedings must be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
